Tramadol 37.5mg / 325mg tablets used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. It contains 2 medications: tramadol and acetaminophen. Tramadol belongs to a class of drugs known as opioid analgesics. It works in the brain to change how the body feels and responds to pain. Acetaminophen is used to relieve pain and can also reduce fever.

Limitations of Use
Because of risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, even at recommended doses, reserve therapy for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (eg, non-opioid analgesics) have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated, have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia
Directions
DOSAGE: Adults and children over 16 years 1 to 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. It can be administered without regard to food or as prescribed by the physician.
The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. To reduce your risk of side effects, your doctor may direct you to start treatment at a low dose and gradually increase your dose. Follow exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The maximum recommended dose is 8 pills per day. Do not increase the dose, take the medicine more often or for a longer time than prescribed. Properly discontinue use of the medication when directed.
