Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, USP 15 mg are available as green colored, round tablets, debossed “A214” on the bisected side. Supplied in bottles of 100’s and 10 x 10 unit-dose tablets.

Oxycodone hydrochloride tablets, USP 30 mg are available as blue colored, round tablets, debossed “A215” on the bisected side. Supplied in bottles of 100’s and 10 x 10 unit-dose tablets.

Dispense in a tight, light-resistant, container. Protect from moisture. Store at 20 to 25°C (68 to 77°F) . Do not take this product if the safety seal under the cap is broken or missing.
