Pain management: Management of mild- to moderately-severe pain
Limitations of use: Reserve Neo-Codion Syrup Adultes for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (eg, nonopioid analgesics, opioid combination products) are ineffective, not tolerated, or would be otherwise inadequate.

Opioid-naive patients: IM, SubQ: 30 to 60 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed (use the lowest effective dose for the shortest period of time necessary)
